Payment Policy

Yes, COD is available across India — including small towns and villages. If your PIN code is serviceable, you'll see the COD option at checkout.

For a few high-return areas, we may occasionally require a small advance payment or ask for order confirmation over WhatsApp before dispatch.

No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the exact amount you pay to the delivery agent — taxes and shipping included.

Yes. All online payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS certified payment gateway with bank-level encryption. cybzone.in never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank details.

For online payments: the amount is charged immediately when you place the order.

For Cash on Delivery: you pay only when your parcel arrives — no advance charge, no card details taken.

If the amount is debited but you didn't receive an order confirmation email/SMS within 30 minutes, please WhatsApp us with a screenshot of the payment. We'll verify and confirm your order within a few hours. If the order didn't go through, the amount is auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.

Online payments: refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–8 working days after approval.

COD orders: refunds are processed via UPI / bank transfer within 4–10 working days after we receive the returned product.

Payment method can't be changed once the order is placed. If you need to switch, cancel the order (before dispatch) and place it again with your preferred method. Message us on WhatsApp if you need help.
