Delivery Timelines

Kerala

Fastest

Orders within Kerala are delivered in 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Metro Cities

5–8 days

Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata — delivered in 3–5 working days.

Rest of India

5–8 days

All other cities and towns across India — delivered in 5–10 working days.

Remote Locations

8–12 days

Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman — delivery may take 8–12 working days depending on location.

Delivery Timelines

All orders

Prepaid orders take 2 to 8 working days. Cash on delivery orders may exceed 11 working days due to the nature of the payment method.

Dispatch Time

24–48 hours

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and holidays).

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp to your registered mobile number. You can click the link anytime to check live status.

If you can't find it, just message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll share it right away.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after 2 PM ship the next working day.

Sundays and public holidays are non-dispatch days. During major sales or festivals, dispatch may take an extra day.

Which courier partners do you use?

We ship via trusted partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, XpressBees, and India Post depending on your PIN code. The system picks the fastest available service for your area.

Do you ship to my PIN code?

We deliver to 29,000+ PIN codes across India — including small towns and villages. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability.

If your PIN isn't serviceable through our regular partners, we'll ship via India Post — delivery may take a few extra days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free shipping across India on all orders, no minimum cart value, no hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final amount.

What if my order is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to weather, courier volume during sales, or unforeseen events. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, WhatsApp us with your order number — we'll follow up with the courier and keep you updated.

What if I miss the delivery?

Most couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the parcel. If you miss the first attempt, the delivery agent will usually call you to reschedule.

If you'll be unavailable, WhatsApp us and we'll coordinate a redelivery date or alternative address with the courier.

The parcel looks damaged — should I accept it?

Do not accept the parcel if it appears damaged, tampered, or opened. Ask the delivery agent to return it and message us on WhatsApp immediately — we'll dispatch a replacement.

Also, please record a clear unboxing video when opening any parcel. It helps us process replacements or refunds quickly if anything's wrong inside.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within India. International shipping isn't available yet — we'll announce it on our Instagram once it's live.

Can I change the shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can change the address. WhatsApp us with your order number and the correct address as soon as possible.

Once dispatched, the address can't be changed — but we can request the courier to redirect if it's a nearby PIN code (subject to courier approval).
